Crew Leaders Club

Crew Leaders Club is an Australian community project for motivated emergency services folks in Australia and beyond. We welcome all regardless of whether you are a volunteer or paid staff.

Broadly our goals are to:

• Connect motivated and values-driven emergency responders.

• Promote mutual sharing of knowledge, skills, experiences.

• Build upon eachothers skills to develop advanced tradecraft.

• Influence positive, bottom-up change in our organisations.

• Empower crew leaders to build community locally & beyond.

• Practice systems-based approaches to our actions and thinking.

• Grow more capable together. Because we work as one.
